Meet Our Team
Kyle Nishimura, DMD - General Dentist
Kyle Nishimura, DMD, hails from Torrance, California. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where he received a bachelor of science degree in molecular environmental biology. He then went on to Western University College of Dental Medicine for his doctorate of dental medicine degree. As the practice’s new owner, Dr. Nishimura looks forward to getting to know his patients and building long-lasting relationships with them. He enjoys being able to provide a great service that improves his patients’ quality of life.
Outside of dentistry, he spends most of his free time with his girlfriend and dog. He enjoys traveling but has only ventured as far as Central America so far. Future plans include exploring Europe and Asia.
Dr. Nishimura has made a commitment to be healthier this year. He is working on getting into half-marathon shape—and building a bit more muscle at the same time!
Alex Vicario - Front Office
I'm Alex! I'm the first person you'll see as you enter our office!
Let me tell you a little about myself. I love cats! I can go on and on about my cat, Bruno. I also love to hear our patients' cat stories, so if you have any I'm all ears. I don't discriminate against dogs either, so any dog stories are welcome too! Beside my love for fur babies, I also love to explore new places and try new food so I'm open to hearing any good food recommendations. My three day weekends normally consist of Disneyland, hanging out with my friends, or taking spontaneous road trips. However, I will not spend too much time outdoors on hot days. The sun and I are not friends so I prefer to stay indoors with my best friend, the AC.
What I love about working at Orange Grove Family Dentistry is that being a small practice gives us the opportunity to really get to know our patients. I love the trust that our patients have in us which motivates me to work harder to provide the best service for them. This office is also very different from many other offices because I feel like we all work as a team and we're all willing to help each other without hesitation. What I have also noticed is how committed Dr. Kyle is when it comes to providing the best dental care for patients. It is awesome to be able to work in an environment where everyone in the office is truly here to help our patients and really care for them.
I decided to work in a dental office because there is always an opportunity to learn and grow while helping patients stay informed of their oral health. Our goal is to stress the importance of oral health with our patients because in the long run it will help with being healthy overall.
I would love to get to know each and every one of you so please swing by and give us a visit!
Leslie Pintor - Registered Dental Assistant
I am a Registered Dental assistant. I am currently going to college to further my education in dentistry. The reason why I went into dentistry was because I enjoy helping others achieve the smile they have always wanted. I absolutely love sushi if I could eat it every day I would; my favorite kind of sushi is nigiri. On my free time I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my dog Mia.
